Having worked in hospitality a great deal of time I am familiar with the traditional routine of applying directly and through agencies for vacancies.
The usual method I have found is for agencies to call, fire a great number of questions at you and then pass your results to prospective employers.
Things seem to operate a whole lot differently at Hospitality Staffing UK, as the approach from the offset was personal, intuitive and professional throughout. Richard was great from the beginning to end having sought me out as soon as possible to meet face to face as and was nothing but a support to my application process. He was very understanding of the need to process my application quickly regardless of outcome, as I was due on holiday the following week and neither myself, nor my new employer, were wishing to have a 2 week break in recruitment. Feedback from interviews was also very constructive and personal which is brilliant when knowing where to improve upon.
As an employer or someone in the job market, I cannot recommend the Hospitality Staffing UK highly enough.
